No, referrals are one-off and apply only for the initial purchase, and not future buyer renewals or upgrades. 

No, this is against our policy, and by doing so your affiliate account may be terminated. If you want to refer Style Kits to your clients, it is suggested that you share your referral link with them, so they can complete the purchase on their own.
