As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of AnalogWP, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and promoting AnalogWP as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising our products and services in order to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to AnalogWP through your affiliate links.
By signing up for the AnalogWP Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of its terms and conditions.
The AnalogWP Affiliate Program is powered by the Freemius affiliate platform. Freemius provides the infrastructure for affiliate tracking, reporting, commission calculation, and payouts. By joining the Program, you also agree to comply with Freemius’s affiliate terms and policies.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
Commissions
Commissions are managed and calculated through the Freemius platform.
Commissions are paid once per month, according to Freemius’s payout schedule.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
You may not refer yourself and will not receive commissions on your own purchases.
Payments are issued only for successfully completed transactions.
Transactions that result in refunds or chargebacks will not be paid and any related commissions will be voided.
Use of the Freemius Affiliate Platform
The AnalogWP Affiliate Program operates entirely through Freemius.
Freemius provides:
- Affiliate link creation
- Cookie-based tracking
- Conversion attribution
- Affiliate dashboards
- Commission calculations
- Payment processing
AnalogWP does not store or manage affiliate payment details. All sensitive financial information and payouts are handled securely by Freemius. Any payout thresholds, payment methods, or schedules are defined by Freemius.
Termination
Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate or misleading advertisements
- False claims, deceptive links, or inaccurate representations
- Spamming including mass emails or automated postings
- Promotion on sites that contain or promote illegal activities
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship when required by law or FTC guidelines
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Offering rebates, unauthorized coupons, or kick-backs from your commission
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected abuse
AnalogWP reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
Affiliate Links
You may use text and graphic affiliate links on:
- Websites
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Email campaigns
- Videos and social media
- Offline advertising such as magazines or flyers
You may use provided brand assets or create your own promotional material, as long as it complies with this Agreement and does not violate any termination conditions.
Coupon and Deal Sites
AnalogWP only authorizes specific affiliates to use branded coupons.
If you are not explicitly assigned a coupon, you may not promote any AnalogWP coupon or discount.
Affiliates may not:
- Use misleading text implying unauthorized deals
- Bid on terms like “AnalogWP coupon”, “AnalogWP discount”, or similar
- Trigger cookies using pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or forced actions
- Set cookies before users can see the actual deal
- Claim coupons exist when they do not
Violations result in immediate removal from the program.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding on AnalogWP brand terms is not allowed without prior written permission.
Liability
AnalogWP will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages including loss of revenue, lost commissions, tracking failures, database issues, or platform outages.
We make no express or implied warranties regarding the operation of the Program or the products sold through AnalogWP. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the affiliate system or website.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and remains in effect until your affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be modified at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AnalogWP, its owners, employees, partners, licensors, successors, and assigns from any liabilities, damages, claims, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from:
- Negligence
- Misrepresentation
- Failure to disclose affiliate relationships
- Intentional misconduct
Electronic Signatures Effective
This Agreement is an electronic contract. By completing the affiliate registration process through Freemius and being accepted into the Program, you create an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
