All plans (besides lifetime / one-time plan) are automatically renewed.
For annual plans, you will receive a friendly reminder email a month prior to the renewal date, giving you enough time to cancel the subscription, if you wish to do so.
Renewing your License Manually
Follow the steps below to renew your subscription on one of our plugins:
Log in to your Freemius account.Â
Open Renewals & Billing and select the subscription for renewal.Â
- You will see a payment page for the subscription renewal.
- Pay for the next period.
- Done!
Renewing a Cancelled License
You can reactivate canceled subscriptions if needed. Follow the steps below:
- Open Licenses
- Select the subscription for reactivation.
- Click Renew.
- You will see a payment page for the subscription renewal.
- Complete the payment to renew your plan.
