The Custom Library Settings can be found in the Admin sidebar under Templates \ Custom Library. There you will find all the plugin settings conveniently grouped under tabs.
Here is a quick overview of each tab
General Tab
In the first tab you will find some general plugin settings.
Design
In the “design” tab you will find all settings that have to do with customizing the design and layout of the custom library. Learn more.
Misc
This tab includes some secondary settings.
